Dress up your Winky® Gel Snacks when you make this colorful Stained Glass Gel Cake. Eat all your favorite flavors in one slice.


Ingredients

  • 12 pack Winky Gel Snacks
  • 1 (1 ounce) package unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ¼ cups double cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Take Winky® Gel Cup and unmold it from cup.
  2. Cut up gelatin into bite size pieces.
  3. Put gelatin pieces into a bowl.
  4. Pour 1 cup cold water into a bowl and sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water; let sit until dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk into a blender or food processor. Add condensed milk, unflavored gelatin mixture and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend mixture until well combined; pour over gelatin cubes in the cake pan. Evenly distribute milk mixture using a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate until set, 4 hours to overnight. Run a knife along the sides of the mold and invert cake onto a plate.
