Cherry Poke Cake

Ingredients
- 3 (3.5oz) Señor Rico® Cherry Gelatin Snack Packs
- white cake mix
- 2/3 cup maraschino cherries
- (12 oz) whipped topping
Instructions
- Mix cake ingredients as directed. Cut maraschino cherries in half an place them in the bottom of the cake pan. Pour cake batter on top. Bake as directed.
- Let cake cool till room temperature. Poke finger size holes in cake.
- Heat cherry gelatin a medium bowl in microwave for 20 seconds. Let it cool for 30 seconds.
- Pour gelatin into holes. Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Use whipped topping to frost the cake. Serve.
