Pumpkin Spice Monster Eye Natilla Custard Parfait

Product Used: Señor Rico® Creamy Custard Natilla

This creative little parfait is soon to turn into fun fall favorite! Just mix in some pumpkin pie filling into Señor Rico Natilla Custard, layer it with some wonderful spice bread, and top it all off with some marshmallow eyes for a most spectacular pumpkin spice parfait.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) Señor Rico® Creamy Custard Natilla
  • 1 can pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 loaf spice bread
  • marshmallows
  • large chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Empty Natilla Custard into a mixing bowl. For every 8 oz of custard mix 3 tbsp of pumpkin pie filling. Blend until smooth in texture .
  2. Preheat oven to 350˚. Place parchment line baking sheet in oven.
  3. Crumble spice cake.
  4. Layer custard and spice cake.
  5. Remove baking sheet from oven and place chocolate chips on parchment paper for 10 seconds and place chocolate on marshmallow (the heat from the baking sheet should help the chocolate melt slightly so it will stick to marshmallow). Let cool until chocolate is hardened.
  6. Place two marshmallows on top of the custard to create eyes. Enjoy!
