Rhubarb Sauce & Wafer Cookie Custard Parfait

Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) Señor Rico® Creamy Natilla Custard
- wafer cookies
- 4 cups diced rhubarb
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add rhubarb, water, salt, sugar, vanilla and stir together.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium-low heat. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temp.
- Layer custard and wafer cookie. Place rhubarb sauce on cookie and layer another cookie before layering more custard. Garnish with more wafer cookie and raspberry. Enjoy!
