Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 4-6 tbsp Fresh Creations Artichoke Dip
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil

Directions

Build the quesadillas

  • Spread each tortilla with about 2-3 tbsp of Fresh Creations Artichoke Dip.
  • Sprinkle about ½ cup of shredded cheese on top of each.
  • Gently fold the tortillas over so they close.

Cook the tortillas

  • In an oiled pan, cook the tortillas on medium heat until golden and crispy and the cheese has melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Let it cool and cut into triangles.
  • Enjoy!
