Blue Cheeseburger with Fresh Creations Caramelized Onion Dip Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 egg
• burger seasoning
• blue cheese crumbles
• 1 large yellow onion
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• sprouts
• tomato slices
• Fresh Creations® Caramelized Onion Dip
• hamburger buns

Directions

1. Chop onions and place butter into a cast iron skillet on medium heat. Place onions in skillet and cook until golden brown.
2. Mix ground beef with egg and burger seasoning. Form into quarter pound patties.
3. Grill burgers to personal preference. Toast buns on grill.
4. Smear caramelized onion dip on bun. Layer burger patty, sprouts, tomato slices, caramelized onions, and blue cheese. Enjoy!
