Baked Brie with Fresh Creations Caramelized Onion Dip Recipe

Ingredients

• Pre-made frozen puff pastry
• Brie round
• Fresh Creations® Caramelized Onion Dip
• 1 egg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350˚.
2. Thaw puff pastry as instructed.
3. Cut Brie round in half and scoop out some brie from one half to create a small indention.
4. Fill center with Fresh Creations® Caramelized Onion Dip and place the other half on top.
5. Wrap Brie in puff pastry.
6. In a small bowl, beat egg. Brush egg wash on pastry and place on a foil lined baking tray.
7. Bake for 20 min or until golden brown. Serve with fruit, crackers or baguette slices.
