Salmon and Dill Tortilla Bites

Product Used: Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip

These Salmon and Dill Tortilla Bites are the perfect finger food for your next gathering. Just use Salads of the Seas® Smoked Salmon Dip for an elegant appetizer that will impress any guest.

Ingredients

  • 7oz Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart
  • 1 cucumber
  • several dill sprigs

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes and cucumber long-ways into strips. Remove the small inside leaves of the lettuce heart and tear into smaller pieces.
  2. Spread Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip on tortilla. Evenly distribute tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce on tortilla.
  3. Roll up the tortilla and cut evenly into sections. Serve.
