Toasted Coconut & Whipped Flan Puff Pastry Cups

Ingredients
- 1 (4 pack) Señor Rico® Caramel Flan
- pre-made puff pastry dough
- coconut
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat over to 425˚.
- Thaw dough as instructed
- Take two different size circle cookie cutters.
- Use the larger cutter to cut as many circles out of the dough as possible.
- Stake circles three tall and use the smaller cutter to cut 3/4 of the way through the dough.
- Brush pastry with egg wash.
- Bake for 15 min. Than let cool for 5 min, than remove center.
- Toast coconut in the oven for 5-10 min.
- Empty flan into a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth in texture.
- Spoon flan into pastry, garnish with toasted coconut.
