Tapioca with Brown Sugar Grilled Pineapple
Product Used: Señor Rico® Tapioca Pudding
Add a tropical twist to Señor Rico® Tapioca Pudding and pair it with brown sugar grilled pineapple that melts in your mouth. A tantalizing tango of flavors!
Ingredients
- Señor Rico® Tapioca Pudding
- 1 pineapple, rind cut off and sliced into ½ – ¾ inch slices
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- cooking spray/oil
Instructions
(If serving as a side, you can either keep the pineapple core to hold the pineapple with and eat it that way, or remove the core and chop up the pineapple.)
- Toss pineapple with brown sugar and let sit for ten minutes.
- Coat grill pan with oil.
- Cook pineapple on grill for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, then rotate 45 degrees for a charred X effect. Flip pineapple slices over and repeat.
- Serve with Señor Rico® tapioca pudding as a side or chop up and mix in with your pudding.
