Rice Pudding Fruit Animals

Product Used: Señor Rico® Rice Pudding

Creating fruit animals can be fun and delicious! Just use Señor Rico® Rice pudding as a base and top with fresh blueberries, strawberries, bananas, and apples to create these adorable edible masterpieces!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • apples
  • banana
  • raisin
  • chocolate icing

Instructions

Pig Face

  1. Slice one strawberry length wise to make the ears. Slice another strawberry width wise to make the nose. Use a knife to cut 2 nostril holes in strawberry.
  2. Use two blueberries for the eyes. Serve.

Dog Face

  1. Slice banana at a diagonal for the ears. Slice a small end of the banana for the eye.
  2. Use a raisin for the nose and chocolate icing for the mouth.
  3. Place blueberries for the eyes.
  4. Pipe chocolate or peanut butter for the whiskers. Serve.

Bunny Face

  1. Slice apple wedges for the ears, use left over apple for whiskers.
  2. Use two blueberries for the eyes.
  3. Use raisin for the nose and chocolate icing for the mouth.
  4. Pipe peanut butter for the cheeks. Serve.
