This creamy eggnog dip is dairy-free and will go fast at a holiday party! Use Lakeview Farms® Vanilla Bean Almondmilk Pudding for the base and serve with ginger snap cookies.
Ingredients
- 3.75oz (1 container) Lakeview Farms® Vanilla Bean Almondmilk Pudding
- 8oz dairy-free cream cheese, room temperature*
- 1/3 cup almond milk nog or soy nog*
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ cup powdered sugar OR 4-5 drops of stevia leaf extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- ½ tsp rum extract (optional)
- ginger snap cookies or ginger Swedish thins for serving* If you don’t mind dairy, you can always use regular eggnog and cream cheese or Neufchâtel cheese. Silken tofu can also be substituted for cream cheese.
Directions
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat in Lakeview Farms® Vanilla Bean Almondmilk Pudding and eggnog until smooth and fluffy.
- Add nutmeg, extracts (if using) and sweetener. Beat until fully mixed in.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight until ready to serve.
- Serve with ginger snap cookies or ginger Swedish thins as dippers.
