Spinach Dip Pastry Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (11 oz) Fresh Creations® Classic Spinach Dip
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • phyllo pastry sheets

Directions

  1. Lay out a large piece of parchment paper. Follow instructions to thaw phyllo pastry sheets.
  2. Preheat oven to 350˚.
  3. Melt 1 Tbsp. butter.
  4. Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on parchment paper. Brush melted butter on pastry sheet. Cut into 3 inch squares with a pizza cutter. Stack 4 squares making sure to position the corners differently each time. Each sheet should make 3 cups.
  5. Take layered pastry squares and put them in a mini cupcake tin, making sure to press pastry into the tin.
  6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as many times as desired.
  7. Scoop spinach dip into each pastry cup.
  8. Bake for 10 – 15 min. until edges are golden brown. Serve.
