Classic Spinach Dip Pastry Cups

Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz) Fresh Creations® Classic Spinach Dip
- 1 Tbsp butter
- phyllo pastry sheets
Directions
- Lay out a large piece of parchment paper. Follow instructions to thaw phyllo pastry sheets.
- Preheat oven to 350˚.
- Melt 1 Tbsp. butter.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on parchment paper. Brush melted butter on pastry sheet. Cut into 3 inch squares with a pizza cutter. Stack 4 squares making sure to position the corners differently each time. Each sheet should make 3 cups.
- Take layered pastry squares and put them in a mini cupcake tin, making sure to press pastry into the tin.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 as many times as desired.
- Scoop spinach dip into each pastry cup.
- Bake for 10 – 15 min. until edges are golden brown. Serve.
