Cinnamon & White Chocolate Rice Pudding Football
Product Used: Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
A great way to start or end your game day is with Señor Rico® Traditional Rice Pudding! Make it extra festive and delicious by using parchment paper to stencil a cinnamon football.
Ingredients
- 1 (4 pack) Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
- cinnamon
- white chocolate chips
- parchment paper
- seal-able bag
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips as directed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon melted chocolate into a plastic seal-able bag. Cut a tiny hole in one of the bottom corners of the bag. Pipe chocolate onto parchment in the shape of the football laces. Set aside.
- Take another sheet parchment paper and cut a football shape out.
- Scoop Señor Rico® Rice Pudding into bowl and place parchment on top.
- Carefully sprinkle cinnamon over the stencil. Lift stencil and place chocolate laces in center of the cinnamon football. Enjoy!
