Bite-Size Desserts – Flan Brûlée

Ingredients

  • 3 (7oz) Señor Rico® Caramel Flan
  • brown sugar
  • blackberries
  • baking torch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚
  2. Empty flan into a mixing bowl. Use mixer to blend flan until smooth in texture.
  3. Carefully spoon or pipe mixture into spoon ramekins(use any small ramekins if you do not have the spoon). Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  4. Bake for 10-15 min.
  5. Use baking torch to brown top. If you do not have a baking torch broil in oven for 5 min. Garnish with fresh blackberry. Serve.
