Baked Sweet Potato with ranch dip 1

Ingredients

  • 1 (11 oz) Fresh Creations® Dill Dip
  • sweet potatoes
  • butter
  • fresh rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450˚.
  2. Cut up rosemary. (around 2 sprigs per sweet potato)
  3. Place the sweet potato, pad of butter, and rosemary on parchment paper. Wrap the potato in the parchment and use a toothpick to keep in place. Place each parchment wrapped potato on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes, reduce heat to 350° and bake for an additional 60 min.
  5. Let cool for about 10 minutes and serve with Fresh Creations® Dill Dip!
