Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz) Fresh Creations® Dill Dip
- sweet potatoes
- butter
- fresh rosemary
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450˚.
- Cut up rosemary. (around 2 sprigs per sweet potato)
- Place the sweet potato, pad of butter, and rosemary on parchment paper. Wrap the potato in the parchment and use a toothpick to keep in place. Place each parchment wrapped potato on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, reduce heat to 350° and bake for an additional 60 min.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes and serve with Fresh Creations® Dill Dip!
