This wonderful citrus custard is perfect at the end of any meal. Just use Señor Rico® Natilla Creamy Custard to make this beautiful dish in just a few easy steps.

Ingredients

  • Señor Rico® Natilla Creamy Custard
  • 2 lemons
  • powder sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 400˚
  2. Zest 1 lemon, than cut in half. Squeeze lemon juice into small bowl and set aside. Slice second lemon into round sections and set aside
  3. Scoop Señor Rico® Creamy Custard into a medium bowl. Beat lemon juice and zest into custard with hand-mixer. Pour into small oven-safe dish. Garnish with lemon slices.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Let custard cool for 5 minutes. Serve.
