Ingredients

  • 30 ounces Fresh Creations® Classic Spinach Dip (3 containers)
  • 17.3 ounces box frozen puff pastry sheets (2 sheets in box)
  • 16 ounces chopped prosciutto
  • 16 ounces shaved or grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Allow frozen dough to thaw in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. Remove sheets from package and unfold on waxed paper or parchment. Spread Fresh Creations® Classic Spinach Dip on pastry sheets, sprinkle with prosciutto, and top with cheese.
  2. Roll each pastry sheet, beginning with the short end, into a concentric roll. Wrap each roll separately and chill for 4 or more hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 400º F. Slice, cookie roll style, about 1-inch thick, and place the pinwheels about two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, depending upon thickness, or until light brown.
  4. Allow to cool and serve.
