Eggnog Rice Pudding
Product Used: Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
It’s like eggnog and rice pudding were meant for each other. This creamy rice pudding mixed with eggnog is easy to make and will get you in the holiday spirit!
Ingredients
- 8 oz Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
- 2 tbsp eggnog
- ½ tsp nutmeg (to taste)
- whipped topping
- splash of alcohol of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- Spoon Señor Rico® rice pudding into a bowl. Add eggnog and nutmeg to taste. Stir gently until mixed.
- Want to booze it up? Add a splash of alcohol of your choice! (Bourbon, rum, brandy, cognac, whisky.)
- Serve cold or warmed. Top with whipped topping or whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
