Strawberry and Cream Gel Sideways Cup

Ingredients

• 4 Strawberry Winky Gel Snacks
• 1 (1 ounce) package unflavored gelatin powder
• 1 cup cold water
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 ¼ cups double cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• fresh strawberries (chopped)

Directions

1. Pour 1 cup cold water into a bowl and sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water; let sit until dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
2. Pour sweetened condensed milk into a blender or food processor. Add condensed milk, unflavored gelatin mixture and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend mixture until well combined.
3. Set serving glasses in a cupcake tin in a 45˚ angle.
4. Pour creamy gel mixture into glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour or until gelatin is set.
5. Unmold Winky® Gel Snacks into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 min or until gel is melted. Set aside till gel is at room temperature.
6. Take glasses from cupcake tin and rotate the glass to the other side, still keeping it at a 45˚ angle. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until gel has set.
7. Garnish with strawberries and serve.
