Soft boiled egg and salmon dip on whole-wheat toast is the perfect finger food for your next brunch or daytime gathering. It’s easy to make this appetizer tasty when you use Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 (7oz) Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip
  • Whole Wheat baguette or fresh loaf of bread
  • 3 eggs
  • green onion

Directions

  1. Boil eggs for 5 min.
  2. Preheat oven to 375˚. Slice bread into 1/2 inch slices. Wrap in foil and bake for 10-15 min.
  3. Peel and slice eggs.
  4. Chop green onion.
  5. Spread Salmon Dip on bread slices. Top with egg slice and green onion.
