Ingredients

  • Salads of the Sea® Seafood Salad
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • ½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Place rack in upper rack of the oven. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place bread on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread a generous amount of Salads of the Sea® Seafood Salad on each bread slice and top with cheese.
  3. Broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
