Ingredients
- Salads of the Sea® Seafood Salad
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- ½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Directions
- Place rack in upper rack of the oven. Preheat broiler.
- Place bread on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread a generous amount of Salads of the Sea® Seafood Salad on each bread slice and top with cheese.
- Broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
