Product Used: Señor Rico® Gelatin Snack 3.5oz (Green)
Get in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day and make a lucky shamrock shaped sandwich. Add a green gelatin snack so you don’t get pinched!
Ingredients
- sandwich bread
- sandwich fillings
- green leaf lettuce, washed
- Señor Rico® Gelatin Snack 3.5oz (Green)
- rainbow sugar candy (optional)
Instructions
- Use a heart shape cookie cutter and cut out four pieces of sandwich. Assemble in a shamrock shape on a bed of green leaf lettuce. Use a piece of crust for the stem. Serve with a green Señor Rico® Gelatin Snack.
