Cherry Poke Ice Cream Cupcake! It’s hard not to have a party when you make these fantastic treats. Just use Winky® Gel Snacks to help make this dessert easy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 Winky® Cherry Gel Cups
  • white cake mix
  • sugar cones
  • multicolor sprinkles
  • white cake icing
  • maraschino cherries
  • bamboo skewers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚.
  2. Make cake mixture as directed.
  3. Place waffle cones in cupcake tin. Fill 3/4 cone with mixture.
  4. Bake for 15-20 min.
  5. Let cones cool for 5 min.
  6. Empty cherry gelatin a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 min.
  7. Use skewer to poke holes in cupcake.
  8. Spoon liquid cherry gel into the holes in the cake.
  9. Pipe frosting on top of cake. Add sprinkles and maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
