Cajun Crab Mac and Cheese

Mix Salads of the Sea® Cajun Crab Dip in with this macaroni and cheese to make a super flavorful, creamy and cheesy dish with a bit of spice to kick it up a notch!
Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow pasta
- 2 containers of Salads of the Sea® Cajun Crab Dip
- 2 cups Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375º F. Spray a 9” x 13” baking dish or individual ramekins with cooking spray.
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and return to pan.
- Stir in the Salads of the Sea® Cajun Crab Dip and 1 cup of the shredded cheese until combined and cheese melts. Remove from heat.
- Pour mixture into baking dish or ramekins and top with remaining cup of cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
