Sweet Potato Rice Pudding

What could be better than this super easy, super tasty sweet potato rice pudding?
Ingredients
- 1 8oz container of Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
- ¼ cup canned mashed sweet potato
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Spoon one 8oz container of Señor Rico® Rice Pudding into a bowl. Add ¼ cup of canned mashed sweet potato and ½ tsp ground cinnamon and combine until evenly mixed together.
- Top with a dollop of whipped topping if desired. Serve warm or cold.
