Make an easy and flavorful quesadilla with spinach artichoke dip, fresh spinach, chicken and melty cheese.
Ingredients
- Fresh Creations® Spinach Artichoke Dip
- White cheese (Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, or Mexican cheese)
- Fresh spinach leaves
- grilled chicken thinly sliced
- Flour tortilla
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
Directions
- Heat oil or butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Generously spread Fresh Creations® Spinach Artichoke Dip on a tortilla.
- Place open-faced tortilla on skillet while it’s still being warmed.
- Top with cheese and a layer of spinach.
- Add slices of grilled chicken.
- Lower to medium heat and cook until cheese is melted, spinach is limp, and chicken is warmed.
- Fold over tortilla with a spatula, remove from heat, cut into slices and serve.
