This tasty appetizer will rate 5 stars with your guests. Creamy Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip combined with crunchy fresh cucumber slices are easy to make and will go fast at any party!
1 large cucumber
Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip
¼ cup red onion, finely diced
2 sprigs of fresh dill weed
Cut cucumber into ¼” inch thick slices. If desired, use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut into star shapes. Remove peel.
Arrange cucumber slices on a serving platter. Dollop each with about a half teaspoon of Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip. Sprinkle lightly with diced red onion. Garnish with a small sprig of fresh dill.
