Smoked Salmon Dip Cucumber Bites

Product Used: Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip

This tasty appetizer will rate 5 stars with your guests. Creamy Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip combined with crunchy fresh cucumber slices are easy to make and will go fast at any party!

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill weed

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumber into ¼” inch thick slices. If desired, use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut into star shapes. Remove peel.
  2. Arrange cucumber slices on a serving platter. Dollop each with about a half teaspoon of Salads of the Sea® Smoked Salmon Dip. Sprinkle lightly with diced red onion. Garnish with a small sprig of fresh dill.
