Ingredients
- 16 oz Salads of the Sea® Seafood Salad
- 2 7oz packages rice noodles (linguine size)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Crispy wonton noodles
Directions
- In a large pot, bring three quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add noodles and turn off heat. Allow noodles to stand for 4 minutes in the water. Drain noodles and rinse.
- Place 16 ounces of Salads of the Sea® Seafood Salad in a serving dish and add drained noodles and chopped cilantro. Lightly toss mixture and serve immediately. Garnish with crispy wonton noodles.
