Seafood Cakes

Product Used: Salads of the Sea® Seafood Salad

These seafood cakes are easy to make and packed with flavor!


  • 1 cup Salads of the Sea® Seafood Salad
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pepper or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil or vegetable oil


  1. Mix Salads of the Sea® Seafood Salad, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings in large bowl. Portion with small ice-cream scoop or by hand to form balls. Place formed balls in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in large pan (about medium high). Place seafood cakes into the pan and flatten slightly with spatula while cooking. Allow to cook for 3 minutes, turn and allow to finish cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
