Salted Caramel Frozen Pops

Product Used: Señor Rico® Rice Pudding with Caramel

Use Señor Rico® Rice Pudding with Caramel to make super creamy and decadent frozen pops! Add a pinch of sea salt and dip them in chocolate for a sweet summer treat.

Ingredients

  • Señor Rico® Rice Pudding with Caramel
  • frozen pop mold
  • chocolate shell coating/topping
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. Gently stir Señor Rico® Rice Pudding with Caramel with a pinch of sea salt to mix the caramel at the bottom in with the rice pudding.
  2. Fill frozen pop mold with rice pudding. Freeze for at least 2 hours until frozen. When ready to serve, dip frozen pops into shell chocolate sauce (the kind that hardens on contact with frozen ice cream) and immediately sprinkle with sea salt.
