Rice Pudding Pancakes
Product Used: Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
Fluffy, easy to make and delicious, these pancakes are sure to become a new morning tradition!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (8oz) Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- ¼ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Combine Señor Rico® Rice Pudding, milk, and egg in a large bowl. Whisk until combined.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Fold in melted butter.
- Grease and heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into hot skillet. Allow to cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface of the pancake. Flip and allow to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with powdered sugar, jam, or maple syrup.
