Fill light and crispy pizzelle wafer cookies with rice pudding for a treat that is sure to put you in a good mood!
Ingredients
- 2 pizzelle Italian wafer/waffle cookies
- Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
Instructions
- For a firmer and creamier consistency, freeze Señor Rico® Rice Pudding for 10-20 minutes. Place desired amount of rice pudding on one pizzelle cookie and sandwich with another pizelle cookie. Roll edges in chopped nuts, chocolate chips, etc. if desired.
