Quadruple Chocolate Poke Cake

Product Used: Señor Rico® Chocolate Cinnamon Pudding

  • 3 (8 oz) Señor Rico® Chocolate Cinnamon Pudding
  • cake mix (plus any ingredients required for mix)
  • whipped topping
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • chocolate syrup


  1. Bake cake mix as directed in 13X9 cake pan. Let cool to room temp.
  2. Heat Señor Rico® Chocolate Cinnamon Pudding in the microwave for 1:30.
  3. Poke holes in cake roughly pinky size, and pour pudding on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Mix whipped topping and cocoa powder together. Layer on top of cake. Drizzle chocolate syrup. Serve.
