Ingredients
- 7oz Salads of the Sea® Crab, Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 1 pound penne pasta, prepared according to package directions
- 1 cup microgreens
- ¾ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan, grated
Directions
- Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
- Add dip and toss, coating all pasta. Add greens, tomatoes and cheese and toss.
- Serve immediately with sliced tomatoes, or chill and serve cold.
