Ingredients

  • 7oz Salads of the Sea® Crab, Spinach and Artichoke Dip
  • 1 pound penne pasta, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 cup microgreens
  • ¾ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan, grated

Directions

  1. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
  2. Add dip and toss, coating all pasta. Add greens, tomatoes and cheese and toss.
  3. Serve immediately with sliced tomatoes, or chill and serve cold.
