Patriotic Rice Pudding Parfaits
Product Used: Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
Put together these super easy and totally adorable red, white and blue parfaits made with Señor Rico® Rice Pudding, fresh strawberries, and blueberries.
Ingredients
- strawberries
- 32oz (four 8oz containers) Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
- blueberries
- whipped topping
- red white and blue star sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Finely chop strawberries. Layer strawberry pieces at the bottom of five 5 oz mini pedestal cups (or other glasses of your choice), about one heaping tablespoon each.
- Spoon Señor Rico® Rice Pudding on top of the strawberry pieces. Leave about ½” inch of empty space at the top. Top with blueberries.
- Pipe a dollop of whipped topping on top of each parfait. Top with patriotic sprinkles and/or American flag picks if desired.
