Hot Southern Crab Dip

Product Used: Salads of the Sea® Smoky Bacon Crab Dip

A southern-inspired crab dip that’s served hot with lots of juicy corn, bacon, jalapeño and cheese. It’s easy to make when you start with Salads of the Sea® Smoky Bacon Crab Dip!

Ingredients

  • 1 small jalapeño, minced
  • 1 clove (1 tsp.) garlic, minced
  • 2 containers of Salads of the Sea® Smoky Bacon Crab Dip
  • 1 cup corn
  • 5–6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup Monterey Jack or Mexican blend cheese (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375º F. In a bowl, combine 2 containers of Salads of the Sea® Smoky Bacon Crab Dip, jalapeño, garlic, corn and cheese.
  2. Spoon crab dip mixture into 4 greased ramekins or a casserole dish of appropriate size. Top with a layer of cheese. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly. Serve hot with crackers.
