Luisa’s® Five Layer Fiesta Dip
Cut tortillas into four or six triangular sections.
In frying pan: Fill skillet with frying oil of your choice with a depth of about 1/8 to ¼ of an inch (about ¾ of a cup, depending on how many chips you’re making/how large your skillet it). Heat oil on medium-high heat on stovetop. Fry for 1-2 minutes, until chips are crispy and a light golden brown. Stir/separate occasionally with a fork, spoon, or metal tongs. Remove chips from pan and sprinkle on salt.
In deep fat fryer: Heat up deep fat fryer. When ready, place tortilla slices into basket in batches. Stir/separate occasionally with a fork, spoon, or metal tongs. Fry for 1-2 minutes, until chips are crispy and a light golden brown. Remove chips from fryer and sprinkle on salt.
