Ginger Snap Rice Pudding

This warm winter treat is the perfect easy dish for a cozy night in. Just use Señor Rico® Rice Pudding to make this quick and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- ginger cookies/snaps
Instructions
- Heat Señor Rico® Rice Pudding in a microwave safe bowl for 1-2 min.
- Stir ginger powder into rice pudding.
- Place cookie in the bottom of cup, and evenly distribute the rice pudding. Crumble more ginger snaps on top. Serve.
