Gelatin Shaved Ice

Easily make homemade shaved ice with your favorite flavors of Señor Rico® Gelatin!
Ingredients
- two 3.5oz cups of Señor Rico® Gelatin
- 2 cups lemon lime soda
Instructions
- Un-mold two 3.5 oz cups of your favorite flavor of Señor Rico® Gelatin into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave approximately 20-30 seconds until melted.
- Add lemon lime soda and stir until mixed.
- Pour into a square cake pan and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Use an ice cream scoop or a large spoon to shave the ice and serve immediately.
