A tasty breakfast burrito made with chorizo or sausage, eggs, hash browns, and layered dip.
½ lb chorizo or breakfast sausage
1 cup hash browns, shredded
cilantro, chopped (optional)
2 flour tortillas
Luisa’s® Five Layer Fiesta Dip
Cook chorizo or breakfast sausage in skillet until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
Beat eggs and scramble in skillet until cooked. Set aside.
Cook hash browns following package directions. Set aside.
Spoon half of the meat, eggs and hash browns onto a warmed flour tortilla. Top with desired amount of Luisa’s® Five Layer Fiesta Dip. Sprinkle with cilantro if using and add additional salsa or hot sauce and cheese if desired. Repeat with remaining ingredients on the second tortilla. Wrap into burritos and serve.
