Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Product Used: Señor Rico® Chocolate Pudding with Cinnamon


Rich chocolate pudding, fluffy peanut butter mousse, and a chocolate cookie crust makes one of the most decadent pies ever.


  • 25 chocolate sandwich cookies or store bought chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 14oz (two 7.5oz containers) Señor Rico® Chocolate Pudding with Cinnamon
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 8oz whipped topping, thawed and divided


  1. If making your own cookie crust, crush cookies in a food processor or by hand. In a medium bowl, mix crumbs with melted butter with a fork. Press crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate and chill until ready to fill.
  2. Beat the peanut butter with the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add in half (4oz) of the whipped topping and beat until smooth.
  3. Spread Señor Rico® Chocolate Pudding with Cinnamon into the bottom of the pie pan and spread evenly. Add the peanut butter mousse on top of the chocolate pudding layer and smooth out until even.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours until ready to serve. Top with the rest of the whipped topping and garnish with chocolate syrup and shelled peanuts if desired.
