Chili Mango Rice Pudding
Product Used: Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
Replicate the spicy sweet chili mango candy that you love with Señor Rico® rice pudding. Fruity with a tangy kick!
Ingredients
- 16oz Señor Rico® Rice Pudding (two 8oz containers)
- 2 tbsp mango puree/pulp
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 mango chopped
Instructions
- Spoon two 8oz containers of Señor Rico® Rice Pudding into a bowl.
- Add ground cinnamon, chili powder, and mango puree or pulp. Mix well.
- Place some chopped fresh mango on the bottom of another bowl, then spoon rice pudding mixture over it until bowl is filled. Top with leftover mango pieces and drizzle with mango puree. Sprinkle on chili powder to taste and serve.
