Cheesy Stuffed Artichokes

Ingredients
- Fresh Creations® Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 3 canned marinated artichoke bottoms
- ¼ cup shaved or grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325º F.
- Place marinated artichoke bottoms in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Top each artichoke with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and top each artichoke with one tablespoon of Fresh Creations® Spinach Artichoke Dip and sprinkle with additional cheese.
- Return artichokes to oven and heat for an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm.
