Carrot Cake Rice Pudding Milkshake

Get all the flavors of carrot cake in this creamy milkshake made with Señor Rico® Rice Pudding!


  • 8oz Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
  • 1/3–½ cup whole milk
  • 2–3oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½–1 carrot, shredded
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • additional spices, to taste (allspice, pumpkin spice; optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • ½–1 cup ice


Tip: Start with the lowest recommended measurements and then add additional ingredients after tasting.

  1. Pour Señor Rico® Rice Pudding and milk into a blender. Add cream cheese, shredded carrot, spices and any additional ingredients. Add ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
