Carrot Cake Rice Pudding Milkshake

Get all the flavors of carrot cake in this creamy milkshake made with Señor Rico® Rice Pudding!
Ingredients
- 8oz Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
- 1/3–½ cup whole milk
- 2–3oz cream cheese, softened
- ½–1 carrot, shredded
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- additional spices, to taste (allspice, pumpkin spice; optional)
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- ½–1 cup ice
Instructions
Tip: Start with the lowest recommended measurements and then add additional ingredients after tasting.
- Pour Señor Rico® Rice Pudding and milk into a blender. Add cream cheese, shredded carrot, spices and any additional ingredients.
- Add ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve.
